Mother's Board~ Sis. Ella Beck
The major rsponsibility of the church mother is to help build women ministry through the utilizaion of auxiliaries, units, evangelism, and prayer ministry. Teaching them to be good homemakers-loving their husband and chldren. The church mother must have the ability to organize in order to develop a strong spirit-filled progressive women department, helping to build the ministry of the local church. The church mother's board can only operate effectively with the authority given by the pastor.

Deaconess Ministry~ Mother Wilma Watts
A Deaconess Missionary is a licensed missionary whose activities are within the confines of the local church.  However, if she is invited to serve outside the confines of the local church, she may do so with the permission of her pastor, but she must be accompanied by her church mother or a qualified missionary.  A Deaconess Missionary must study the Word of God as her rule of faith and practice, seeking knowledge from the Higher Power and training through Institute Classes, Bible School, etc.  This will better equip her to serve God and His people.  It is reommended that after two years of in service training, and being God led, her activities lead to the Evangelist Missionary.

The usher board consist of women who have so organized and dictated themselves as an usher unit. This is one of the major units of our women's work, for and usher plays the role of a silent evangelist. She gives and attendance of the service the first impression of the service.

Sewing Circle~ Sis. Ruth Bell
The Sewing Circle is one of the original auxiliaries of the Church of God in Christ. It has served well in training women to use their hands in sewing, knitting, crocheting, etc. Many hidden talents have been discovered and it has served to help women to become better homemakers.  Our highly mechanized society and work for women have caused many of our churches to suffer from the lack of great work of the Sewing Circle.
